Pt Indojaya Mitra Sarana is seeking a dynamic Remote Telecom Sales Engineer to drive sales growth across our product portfolio. This fully remote role lets you engage with clients nationwide from your home office, acting as the technical expert to design solutions and demonstrate value of telecom offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years in a sales engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies such as IP networking, mobile networks, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate technical features into business benefits and solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during sales cycles.
• Design and present customized telecom solutions, including network architecture, hardware, and software components.
• Conduct product demonstrations, PoC trials, and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Respond to technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compelling proposals.
• Stay current with the latest telecom technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on market and customer insights.
