Job summary

Pt Cipta Solusi Andalan (Cisa) is seeking a Telecommunications Sales Engineer in Makassar to bridge technical telecom solutions with customer needs. You will present technical solutions, demonstrate capabilities, and support the sales process to drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering or computer science, experience in telecom pre-sales, and strong networking/cloud knowledge, paired with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical pre-sales role within the telecom industry.
Strong understanding of networking, cloud, and communication technologies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
Design and present technical solutions using the company's portfolio of telecommunications products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical deep-dives for prospective clients.
Respond to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
Provide technical support and post-sales consultation to ensure customer satisfaction.
