Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related technical field.
- 3+ years in a sales engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role in telecom.
- Strong ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
- Remote-work capable and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and provide tech expertise during the sales cycle.
- Design and present customized telecom solutions including network architecture and software components.
- Conduct product demonstrations, PoC trials, and technical workshops for prospects.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate, compelling proposals.
- Stay current with telecom technologies, trends, and competitors.
- Provide product feedback from market and customer insights.
