Job summary

Pt Cipta Solusi Andalan (Cisa) seeks a Remote Telecom Sales Engineer to drive sales growth from a home office. You will be the technical expert supporting the sales team, translating customer needs into compelling telecom solutions and facilitating demonstrations and PoCs across a nationwide client base.

The role requires 3+ years in telecom sales engineering, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years in sales engineering or pre-sales in telecom.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, mobile networks, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
• Design and present customized telecom solutions, including network architecture, hardware, and software components.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Respond to technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compelling proposals.
• Stay current with the latest telecom technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on market and customer insights.
