This role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to engage clients nationwide. A technical background and solid telecom knowledge are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 3+ years in sales engineering, pre-sales or technical consulting in telecom.
• Strong IP networking, mobile networks, cloud infrastructure, and managed services knowledge.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
• Design and present customized telecom solutions including network architecture, hardware, and software components.
• Conduct product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical workshops for prospects.
• Respond to technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs with accurate, compelling proposals.
• Stay current with telecom technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on market and customer insights.
