Job summary
Pt Cipta Solusi Andalan (Cisa) is seeking a dynamic Remote Telecom Sales Engineer to drive sales growth across our telecom product portfolio. You will be the technical expert within the sales team, understanding customer needs, designing effective solutions, and demonstrating the value of our offerings from a home office to clients nationwide.
The role requires strong telecom knowledge, IP networking, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years in sales engineering, pre-sales or tech consulting in telecom.
- Strong telecom knowledge across IP networking, mobile networks, cloud, managed services.
- Excellent presentation and communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to translate technical features into business benefits and work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Design and present customized telecom solutions including network architecture.
- Conduct product demonstrations, PoC trials, and technical workshops.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate, compelling proposals.
- Stay current with telecom tech trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to product teams from market and customer insights.
