Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide remote administrative support to leaders and teams. You will manage calendars, handle inbox traffic, and research topics as briefed, while coordinating travel and expense reports.

We seek 1+ year experience in admin/EA roles, strong English writing, and excellent organization. You’ll work remotely with flexible hours and a focus on discreet handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day.
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed.
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
