amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a fully remote Recruiter to support leaders with scheduling, inbox management, research, and light operational tasks. The role emphasizes collaboration across time zones and asynchronous work.

You will manage calendars, respond to inquiries, prepare summaries, and coordinate travel and expense processes while maintaining discretion with confidential information.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day.
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed.
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
