Job summary

Alpha Iota BPO Sdn Bhd is seeking a recruitment support role to manage remote job postings and coordinate candidate communications. You will monitor responses, filter candidates, and ensure accurate records while maintaining professional postings in line with company guidelines.

Ideal candidates have HR-related education, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with good time management and English/Bahasa Indonesia language skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and posting platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to communicate effectively during working hours.
• Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR and recruitment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Post general remote work and administrative job openings across social media platforms, local job boards, and community pages.
• Monitor incoming responses and expressions of interest from potential applicants.
• Filter and capture relevant candidate information based on established requirements.
• Route qualified respondents to the appropriate messaging channels for further communication.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of incoming applicants and recruitment-related information.
• Ensure job postings and profile presentations are kept clean, professional, and consistent with company guidelines.
• Support smooth coordination of candidate inquiries and recruitment-related activities.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and recruitment support duties as assigned.
