Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a remote IT Recruiter to support leaders and teams with scheduling, inbox management, and research. The role focuses on coordinating across time zones and handling high-priority tasks with discretion.

You will triage inboxes, prepare summaries, and coordinate travel and expenses using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Fully remote, with a performance-based bonus and development stipends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day.
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed.
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
