• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools and virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, Articulate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
• Creative and engaging training style.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs for the retail environment.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales associates and store managers.
• Create training materials including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and assessments.
• Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Coach and mentor sales team members to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
