• 8+ years in digital sales, e-commerce, or online marketing with leadership.
• Proven track record in scalable digital sales strategies delivering revenue growth.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email) and analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and sales automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee management of all digital sales channels (website, social, partner platforms).
• Lead and mentor a remote digital sales team.
• Define KPIs and robust reporting to track progress.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations for a cohesive customer experience.
• Implement CRM systems and sales tech to boost efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to improve conversion rates, AOV, and CLV.
