Job summary

Baskit is seeking a Sales Trainer Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across HQ and field teams. This role drives learning and development initiatives for GT Sales and ensures remote and field employees are well-equipped and connected with HQ.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, and willing to travel occasionally to regional hubs and field locations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience across corporate and field/sales roles.
• Experience in training, onboarding or learning program development.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to regional hubs and field locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide hiring needs end-to-end, including remote and field-based sales roles.
• Own onboarding programs ensuring smooth transitions for HQ and field joiners.
• Provide knowledge, tools and processes for new joiners from day one.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programs focused on GT Sales field teams.
• Develop training materials and role-specific initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and track development progress.
• Travel occasionally to regional hubs and field locations to deliver training.
• Drive engagement for remote and field-based employees and bridge distance to HQ.
• Stabilize and improve TA processes, hiring pipelines and recruitment practices.
• Track hiring and onboarding progress and provide regular updates.
