Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong operational leadership in manufacturing with TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a team-based environment.
• Engineer with financial and business acumen.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and Lean Six Sigma journey to self-sufficient teams.
• Coach Line Leaders and cascade plans to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, health and safety standards.
• Develop talent and engagement for the manufacturing team.
