Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia in Cikarang seeks an Operations Shift Manager to lead line production, drive safety, and ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods in line with NGMP standards. You will empower teams, manage scope, and maintain compliance while delivering cost-efficient performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Food Technology or Engineering and 2–5 years in a similar food-industry function, with proven people leadership and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (S-1) Majoring Food Technology or Technical/Engineering.
• 2-5 year experience in a functional role in Food industry with people management.
• Ability to confront non-compliance positively and effectively.
• Maintain safe working environment with good housekeeping and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety Culture and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure semi-finish and finished goods are produced per quality standards and instructions.
• Ensure NGMP-compliant working areas and installations are kept in good order.
• Manage Production through operational reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
• Organize and delegate assignments; assess and coach team performance.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with stakeholders on the line (line shift teams, managers, unions).
