Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a seasoned Production Operations Leader to drive SQCDSM targets and implement the manufacturing strategy at the Gresik plant in East Java, Indonesia. You will lead the production operations and develop a high-performing organization while upholding safety, quality and cost objectives.

You will coach line leaders, promote continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety and internal standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations in CPG industries.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and 5S.
• Strong communication, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations and deliver SQCDSM targets.
• Implement manufacturing strategy and develop high-performing teams.
• Establish governance to review and improve operational performance.
