Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Manufacturing Leader to oversee Surabaya plant operations, delivering safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while implementing IL6S/Lean principles to build a high-performing team.

You will mentor line leaders, drive governance, and partner with functions to sustain compliant, efficient production and continuous improvement, ensuring the site meets global standards and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership in CPG with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
• Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey and build self-sufficient line teams.
• Coach line leaders and cascade plans to meet safety, quality, cost and KPI targets.
• Establish governance to review and improve operational performance with a zero-loss mindset.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, GMP, Health & Safety, and local regulations.
• Develop talent and engagement within the manufacturing team and collaborate cross-functionally.
