Job summary

You will implement the IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey and build a high performing team with strong governance.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
• Engineering degree with strong financial and business acumen; project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations and drive SQCDSM targets in safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost.
• Establish governance to review and improve operating performance and continuous improvement plans.
