Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Manufacturing leader to oversee plant operations in East Java, driving SQCDSM targets, safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will implement the IL6S journey and Factory of the Future initiatives to build a high-performing organization in our Indonesian site.

Based at the Gresik plant, you will coach line leaders, establish governance for performance reviews, and ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and local regulations while

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry.
• Experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Engineer with strong financial and business acumen; project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage change and transformation in operating teams for IL6S and Factory of Future initiatives.
• Support manufacturing annual plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and engagement goals.
• Establish governance to review and improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food safety, GMP, Health, Safety, Security and related procedures.
• Lead talent, capabilities and engagement to attract, retain and develop critical talent. Partner with multifunctional peers internally and externally.
