Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Success Specialist to enhance client satisfaction and retention in a fully remote role. You will proactively engage with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services.

As a trusted advisor, you will onboard new clients, monitor health metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling while maintaining strong remote collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote home-office setup.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, guide them through setup and initial usage.
• Proactively engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor client health metrics and implement churn-reduction strategies.
