Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting, requiring a reliable home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, guiding them through setup and initial usage.
