Pt Cuso Digital Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager to support our global user base from anywhere, including Depok. You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring they maximize value from our products and services.

You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs, proactively address challenges, and champion the customer experience within a remote-first team, contributing to long-term loyalty and company growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously while focusing on each client needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.
• Understand customer goals and objectives and ensure value from the product/service.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Act as the customer advocate internally, escalating issues and coordinating with product, support, and sales.
• Monitor customer health scores and intervene when risks arise.
• Onboard new customers and guide adoption for successful implementation.
