Job summary

DidaTravel is seeking a seasoned Sales/Account Manager to grow its hotel partner portfolio in Indonesia, especially Jakarta. You will negotiate partnerships, onboard hotels, and drive day-to-day relationship management to maximize revenue.

You will leverage KPI targets, engage with both independent hotels and hotel groups, and work with internal stakeholders to optimize content, rates, and availability while pursuing seasonal promotions and new inventory opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years sales/account management experience in the travel industry.
• Solid hotel revenue / e-commerce / distribution background with proven record of handling major OTAs and online wholesalers.

Responsibilities

• Build and progressively expand a portfolio of local hotel partners and assigned regional chains / international chains by negotiating and securing win-win distribution partnerships.
• Execute effectively based on KPI metrics set by the company.
• Engage with both individual hotels and hotel groups to achieve targets.
• Optimize partner hotels’ content, rates and availability.
• Maximize sales for partner hotels by providing data insights and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Represent DidaTravel in the local market and build its profile with local influencers.
• Educate DidaTravel colleagues on market dynamics and needs.
• Secure additional rates and rooms as DidaTravel offers more products.
• Prepare weekly reports and monthly KPI reviews.
