RedDoorz, Southeast Asia's largest hotel management and booking platform, seeks a proactive Business Development professional in Jakarta to grow our hotel partner network and drive revenue. You will build new sales leads in hospitality, canvass properties, develop proposals and contracts, and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

You’ll stay ahead of local market trends to identify opportunities and help the team exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of prior industry related business development experience.
• Has experience in canvassing.

Responsabilités

• Build and acquire new sales leads within the hospitality industry, focusing on hotels and property owners.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on local market trends and identify sales opportunities proactively to meet and exceed targets.
• Prepare sales materials such as proposals, contracts, and presentations to effectively communicate our offerings and value proposition.
• Conduct canvassing activities, including door-to-door visits to hotels, to expand our client base and generate leads.
