Job summary

PT Global Tiket Network in Jakarta is seeking a senior B2B sales professional to drive new acquisition and manage corporate accounts. You will pitch, close, and onboard partners across airlines, hotels, and events, contributing to the company’s growth in Indonesia’s travel market.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Care to translate user feedback into platform enhancements, and you will report on pipeline health and performance to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Experience in the travel industry preferred
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Drive new acquisition by prospecting, pitching, and closing corporate clients
• Own the full sales cycle from initial negotiation to onboarding
• Drive platform adoption and upsell opportunities
• Build partnerships with HR, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders
• Conduct business reviews, manage renewals, and identify improvements
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Care to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and deliver performance insights to management
