Traveloka is seeking a Market Manager to own the commercial strategy for top hotel destinations in Indonesia. You will negotiate flagship partnerships, shape pricing, and ensure the right inventory appears to travelers at the best price. You operate as a solo owner, collaborating with pricing, product, supply ops, and marketing.

You will drive growth by applying deep market insights and strong relationships with hotel groups and independents across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hotel commercial or OTA market management.
• Experience owning flagship or strategically critical destinations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Ability to negotiate multi-quarter commitments and exclusives.
• Fluent in English and local market language.
