As FastJobs expands in Singapore, we seek a driven Sales Consultant (Inbound) working remotely from Indonesia to own the sales cycle and directly report to the Director of Sales.

You will manage inbound leads, tailor solutions, build long-term client partnerships, and collaborate with marketing and product to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives using FastJobs' suite of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align on client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of FastJobs' offerings.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
