Job summary

Paired Recruiting invites applications for an HR & Finance Administrator to support a Singapore-based agency building a remote Indonesian team. You will handle HR admin and day-to-day finance tasks, reporting to the Co-Founder and Accounts lead.

This full-time, remote role is based in Indonesia, ideally Surabaya, with interaction across multiple client accounts. Strong English, detail orientation, and proficiency in Word/Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail-oriented and process-minded.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for documents and spreadsheets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and accounts accurately.
• SME experience is a plus and Indonesian base (Surabaya preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle HR administration including onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, leave, attendance and staff claims.
• Maintain employee records and employment documentation.
• Prepare invoices and track payments; manage AP/AR.
• Assist basic bookkeeping and liaise with company accountant.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, POs and other financial docs.
• Coordinate with vendors and support office admin.
• Ensure HR/finance processes are timely and accurate.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based team across accounts.
