Carousellgroup seeks an experienced Remote Lead Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across markets. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years in BD/sales, exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8–12 years of progressive BD/sales experience with targets.
• Demonstrated success in closing significant business deals.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong market dynamics understanding and customer needs insight.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings/events.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach, focusing on Bandar Lampung region and beyond.
• Develop and execute strategic BD plans to hit sales and revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiation processes for complex deals with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to implement go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (virtual or in-person).
• Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in BD and sales.
• Mentor junior BD associates in remote settings.
