Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a Growth Manager (Hybrid, Indonesia) to own how CarousellMOBILE makes money. You will run the commercial engine, drive sales, and optimize the online and store channels while collaborating with Singapore teams.

The role combines analytical rigor with leadership to grow a lean team across markets. You will own the numbers, shape websites and campaigns, grow buyback, and push data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years in e‑commerce, online merchandising, retail, category management or business analysis.
• Fluent in English; comfortable communicating with Singapore team.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain number movements.
• Experience with data sources, BI dashboards and AI tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers: drive sales and conversion across stores and online channels.
• Shape websites and storefronts; grow organic traffic via SEO and campaigns.
• Grow buyback; find ways to collect more devices through awareness and partnerships.
• Analyze sales and inventory data with BI dashboards and benchmark against competitors.
• Turn insights into action; guide online sales and store teams to improve results.
• Coach online sales admins and help them grow into bigger roles.
