Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

• Comfortable using data/CRM tools to manage pipelines and reporting.
• Good spoken and written English; Jakarta-based a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients/partners (B2B and/or B2C).
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and partnership targets.
• Prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals and partnerships.
• Track pipeline, report performance, and provide market feedback to leadership.
• Represent the company at events, webinars, or networking opportunities.
