Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is hiring a commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive new business across Southeast Asia. You will identify enterprise accounts, lead qualification, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to navigate long, complex deals in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 2–5+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles, including USD 100,000+ deals.
• Proven ability to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Fluency in English and local language, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia using outbound and inbound strategies.
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders; understand business requirements and technology needs.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales process: prospecting, qualification, product demos, proposals, negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales to tailor AI-powered SaaS solutions for clients.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure CRM updates for forecast visibility.
