MatchaTalent is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive new enterprise opportunities across Southeast Asia. You will manage the full B2B sales cycle, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to deliver AI-powered SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in enterprise SaaS or complex digital products, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and fluency in English and local language.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, technology, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) with high-value deals (USD 100,000+).
• Proven track record owning full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency; strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Engage mid-to-senior stakeholders and understand business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospect, demo, propose, negotiate, close.
• Present AI-powered SaaS solutions aligned to client goals and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and robust pipeline visibility.
• Develop long-term relationships and ongoing value with enterprise clients.
