MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales in Indonesia and the SEA region. The role focuses on identifying strategic accounts, conducting consultative discussions, and guiding long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor AI-powered SaaS solutions to client needs. This is a remote role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Formación

• 7–12 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Proven six-month+ sales cycles with deal values USD 100,000+.
• Strong ownership of end-to-end sales process and CRM.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Indonesia and the SEA region.
• Identify, research and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts; conduct consultative discussions.
• Lead product demonstrations and proposal development through negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-to-senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting and reporting.
