Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to accelerate enterprise software sales across Southeast Asia. You will identify opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, and lead multi-stage deals from prospecting to closing while coordinating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.

This remote-first role requires a proven track record in long sales cycles and selling AI-enabled SaaS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 2–5+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales.
• Experience closing high-value deals (USD 100k+).
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English and local language.
• Able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.
• Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
• Demonstrate AI-enabled SaaS solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
• Maintain CRM updates and pipeline visibility.
