You will engage with drivers remotely, document all steps, and maintain up-to-date records to support a reliable, compliant platform.

Formación

• Proven experience in compliance, onboarding, admin, or HR in logistics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization are essential.
• Skilled with digital onboarding platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Indonesian communication.
• Able to handle multiple tasks remotely with prioritization.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Experience with background checks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end driver onboarding for new drivers.
• Verify licenses, permits, and insurance documents.
• Conduct background checks to ensure compliance.
• Communicate onboarding steps via email, phone, and video calls.
• Maintain accurate driver compliance records in the database.
• Address driver inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with legal and operations on evolving requirements.
• Identify and resolve onboarding/compliance issues.
• Assist in refining onboarding materials and procedures.
