Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or a similar role.
• Experience in remote capacity preferred.
• Familiarity with route optimization software and delivery management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong understanding of transportation and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and optimize routes using routing software.
• Communicate with a team of delivery drivers, providing clear instructions and support.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery timelines, addressing delays promptly.
• Maintain records of deliveries, driver logs, and customer feedback.
