This crucial role is responsible for ensuring that all drivers joining our network meet stringent compliance standards and undergo a seamless onboarding process. You will be instrumental in verifying driver credentials, managing documentation, conducting background checks, and guiding new drivers through our platform's requirements and best practices. As a fully remote position, you will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to connect with drivers and internal teams across different locations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new drivers joining the platform.


• Verify and validate all required driver documentation, including licenses, permits, and insurance.


• Conduct thorough background checks and screenings to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.


• Communicate effectively with prospective drivers via email, phone, and video calls to guide them through the onboarding steps.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver compliance and onboarding status in our database.


• Address driver inquiries regarding compliance, documentation, and platform usage promptly and professionally.


• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, operations) to ensure adherence to evolving compliance requirements.

Requirements
