Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Lead to manage the Jakarta onboarding team, ensuring fast and accurate driver onboarding. You will drive process improvements, coach agents, and uphold KPI targets in a dynamic startup environment.

Based in Jakarta, you will collaborate with regional teams and marketing to optimize onboarding flows and conversion rates while maintaining high-quality operations in a fast-growing, English-speaking recruitment setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in operations, preferably in fast-paced startups or banking.
• Strong ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
• Proven track record in leading onboarding or verification processes and driving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drivers onboarding team including call ops and document verification teams.
• Coach team members to achieve KPIs and maintain high quality of output.
• Monitor onboarding funnels and maintain high conversion rates at each step.
• Collaborate with regional teams to refine onboarding processes and policies.
• Partner with Lead Generation and Marketing teams to optimize driver leads and conversions.
• Continuously develop and refine workflows to increase efficiency.
