Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta is seeking a motivated, client-focused Remote Catering Sales & Client Relations specialist to support operations serving the Denpasar region. You will generate new catering business, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction from inquiry through event execution.

You will leverage sales acumen and catering knowledge to grow the client base, acting as a key ambassador for the brand and services in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations in hospitality or catering.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue and secure new catering business opportunities through various channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
