Lalotuskin Beauty is seeking a driven Catering Sales Manager to spearhead remote sales efforts across Indonesia. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals for a range of catering services.

This role emphasizes a proactive, target-driven sales approach with no physical office required. You will leverage CRM and digital tools to manage a nationwide client base, delivering compelling proposals and contracts while exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, especially in catering/hospitality/events.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals remotely.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a remote sales strategy to drive catering revenue.
• Identify, pursue, and convert leads from online inquiries, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private individuals.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
