About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Marketing Team member to join Catering Bali in South Denpasar. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. As part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our catering services, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role is integral to achieving our business objectives and establishing Catering Bali as the premier catering choice in the region.

Key responsibilities

Identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential clients including corporate organisations, event planners, and individuals seeking catering services

Present catering packages and customised solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value and quality of Catering Bali's offerings

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements and budgets

Manage the sales pipeline and maintain detailed records of client interactions, negotiations, and follow-ups using customer relationship management systems

Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and deliverables are met

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new business opportunities

Utilise digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional marketing methods to promote catering services

Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to build business relationships and generate leads

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service differentiation and business growth

Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators as set by management

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the hospitality, catering, or events industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present solutions that deliver value

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer relationship management software

Knowledge of the Bali market and understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances

Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

A valid driving licence and access to reliable transportation is beneficial
