Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in hospitality, catering, or events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Organised, with time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Know-how of digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the Bali market and local business practices is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential clients including corporate organizations, event planners, and individuals seeking catering services.
• Present catering packages and customised solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value and quality.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements and budgets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure client requirements are understood and deliverables met.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new business.
• Utilise digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional marketing methods to promote services.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to generate leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
