Job summary

Xcmg Indonesia seeks a motivated Remote B2B Sales Specialist to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a fully remote environment. You will identify potential business clients, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions to generate growth and revenue while collaborating with marketing and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in B2B sales, excels in virtual communication, and is proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients through remote channels.
