Job summary

PT. DACHIN Etech Global in Indonesia is seeking several Sales Acquisition B2B Staffs to build new B2B relationships across Bali, Medan, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, or Surabaya areas.

You will acquire new B2B clients and support strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a background in B2B sales or business development, capable of planning visits, tracking stocks, and collaborating with Fulfillment, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 1+ year in business development, B2B sales or client acquisition with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Willing to travel; comfortable remote/mobile work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily client visits, monitor product placement, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Check stock levels during visits and update trackers for follow-up actions.
• Recommend restock quantities and bundles based on client history.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Capture client feedback and competitor activity to support sales strategy.
