Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales in Indonesia, focusing on AI-powered SaaS solutions. You will manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging C-level stakeholders and navigating long, complex deals.

Based in Jakarta and able to work remotely, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver value, expand strategic accounts, and contribute to regional growth across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in enterprise SaaS/technology platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of six months or longer with deal values USD 100,000+.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Experience selling enterprise software such as HRS, CDP, SFA, or DMS.
• Strong network enabling engagement with senior and C-level decision-makers.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies across Indonesia and SEA.
• Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Position AI-powered SaaS solutions based on client needs and market dynamics.
