Job summary

Ryvo is seeking a confident, organized Appointment Setter to join our team remotely. You will reach out to prospective clients, start conversations, follow up with leads, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Strong spoken and written English is required. You will work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, using scripts while speaking naturally, maintaining CRM records, and meeting daily outreach goals.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the team.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Update lead and customer information in our CRM or tracking systems.
• Respond professionally to questions from prospective clients.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
• Coordinate calendars and ensure appointments are scheduled correctly.
• Follow provided scripts and processes while communicating naturally.
• Keep the team updated on leads, scheduled appointments, and follow-ups.
