RemoHires is seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Appointment Setter to support sales opportunities with our international clients. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, appointment setting, telesales, and lead generation, with flexibility across time zones.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar customer-facing roles, and can work remotely while meeting targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar.
• Proven experience handling outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to support international clients across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to cold, warm, and hot leads through phone and other channels.
• Follow up with prospects and existing leads consistently and professionally.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs, interests, and buying intent.
• Qualify leads and determine next steps in the sales process.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with prospects or customers.
• Book and coordinate appointments with qualified prospects.
