Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for SME banking products
• Propose SME financing proposals at Branch Offices
• Maintain smooth collectability of SME financing customers to reduce NPF
• Ensure financing processes align with policies and regulations
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external financing support
• Provide premium customer service and banking solutions

Ensure the achievement of sales target for SME banking product

Propose SME financing proposals at Branch Offices

Maintain the smooth collectability of SME financing customers under the responsibility in accordance with applicable procedures, in order to reduce the level of NPF at branch office.

Ensure the financing process in line with the policy and regulation

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external financing support

Providing premium customer service

Maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solution
