The candidate should have 2+ years in RM SME/Account Officer/Marketing, solid SME product knowledge, and strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to thrive in a dynamic banking environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in RM SME / Account Officer / Marketing Manager
• Good knowledge of SME banking product
• Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
• Strong selling/influencing abilities
• Good analytical skills

Mansioni

• Achieve sales targets for SME banking products
• Propose SME financing proposals at Branch Offices
• Maintain smooth collectability of SME financing customers to reduce NPF
